Guidelines for uploading photo

Applicants are required to adhere to the following guidelines when uploading their photograph:

1. Lighting and Clarity
   The photograph must be taken in a well-lit environment with sufficient brightness to clearly show the applicant's facial features. Photographs with shadows, poor lighting, or unclear visibility will not be accepted.
2. Type of Photograph
   Uploading images of pre-captured or printed passport-size photographs (such as scanned copies or photographs taken of an existing photo) is strictly prohibited. The uploaded image must be directly captured using a camera or mobile device at the time of submission.
3. Recency of Photograph
   A recent photograph of the applicant is strongly advised to ensure accurate identification and representation.

Guidelines for uploading document

Applicants are required to adhere to the following guidelines when uploading their document:

1. Document Clarity
   The uploaded document must be clear and readable.
2. Document Type
   The uploaded file must be in PDF format.
3. Document Size
   The uploaded file must not exceed 1024 KB
4. Cumulative Record cum Schooling History (CRHS)
   Cumulative Record cum Schooling History (CRHS) attested by a gazetted officer or by the Headmaster/Head Teacher of the school concerned.
5. HSLC Admit Card / Class 8, 9 Pass Certificate / Other educational certificate
   HSLC Admit card / Class 8 or Class 9 Passed Certificate / Any other verifiable educational certificate stating the names of the applicant, the father, mother and the date of birth.
6. Government ID / Service Book
   Government ID / Service Book indicating details of the applicant including the father's and mother's name.
